Martha began her career in Houston, Texas, and moved to Killeen 10 years ago. A proud U.S. Army veteran, Martha brings the discipline, leadership, and dedication she honed during her military service into her career. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and is committed to continuous learning and professional development. As a licensed Realtor and former TREC Instructor, Martha has played a pivotal role in training and guiding real estate professionals. She is a graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and an active member of the Texas Realtors Professional Standards and Professional Development Committees.

Martha has held numerous leadership roles, including President-Elect and three-year Director of the Fort Hood Area Association of Realtors, as well as Director for Texas Realtors. She also served as President of the Women's Council of Realtors Central Texas, where she was instrumental in expanding its membership and impact. During her first term, she led a successful fundraising effort that resulted in gifting a mortgage-free home to a wounded war veteran. She remains actively involved in the community, including a recent initiative to fundraise coats and shoes for children across five different school districts.

Martha's hobbies include scuba diving, kayaking, camping, and anything outdoors. She is a dedicated mother of two and values family as the foundation of her success. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is committed to excellence, continuous learning, and helping others thrive in the real estate industry.
